Hi all,
I got a new phone yesterday and I can’t activate my e-sim on it. I tried during the initial iPhone process however it didn’t work. I would call EE, but I can’t because now my old phone and new phone have no working e-sim.
I tried using the webchat but it won’t connect me to anyone. Does anyone have any idea what I need to do? Or how to get through to discuss via web chat?
