Number port complete but not working

Hi,
I switched from Three, and i have received a text telling me my number port is complete. Restarted my phone, but now nothing seems to work.
When people call me it goes to voicemail, and if i send a text it goes from the new EE number i was given, not the number i have ported over.
Any ideas?

You should contact EE CS on 150 from your mobile. They have access to your individual account and can advise further.

Even if one side says complete, you should still wait till the end of the day before raising an issue.

IMHO if you are still having issues after receiving the "port complete" notification, then the issue is worth reporting.
Having said that, when exactly did you port in? If it was before today, then clearly something is awry. Ports should complete anytime upto the evening of the port-in day, and it's not impossible for the notification to have been sent prematurely.

It was ported early this morning (thats when i got the notification anyway). I'll give it a couple more hours then give CS a shout.
