Sim card won't work. Tried 2 different phones. Ee moved from my local town so I can't visit a store. Any ideas on how to fix this fault

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

I've had the contract for over 12months the sim has been in the phone since the contract started it's been over 3 weeks now since the fault started
