Hi all,

Can anyone in the know help me to rectify this please?

I had a notification pop up on my phone this morning saying something vagely like "your provider has blocked sim1"...I ignored it 🫠

Now I have no way of sending or receiving texts or calling anyone and it looks as though messages and calls are offline when looking at the sim settings.

I've tried "turning it off and on again" but nope...and I would ring EE directly but...yknow..😐

Are you on pay as you go or contract?

If on pay as you go, when did you last make a chargeable call or text?

Have you taken the SIM card out, given it a wipe and made sure the sim tray is clean?
