hello's just registered on the ee site but it keeps asking me to register a phone and I don't have an ee sim. when I want to get a sim only deal it won't let me do that and it will take me back to register my phone. please I need help

Please log out and then try again, by clicking on shop and then looking for sim only deals. You cannot be logged in as a new customer to get anything from the shop. Hope this helps.
