What a nightmare to get through to customer services today. After over 30mins I gave up . Tried again a few hours later ,another 30mins to ask for a watch sim to be added to my account ,to go through everything with a lady to then get pasted on to a guy who said you don’t need to call up you can do it yourself,rattled on at break neck speed of how to do it and then said ok darling anything else . Well yes darling,don’t be so condescending to customers . Honestly the standards of ee have definitely slipped this year. Thankfully it’s a rolling month by month contract as my phones are ending the end of the year . Maybe time for a change .
