I have a new sim card and it won't let me do calls

@Ambular  It takes up to 24 hours for a sim to activate but try restarting the device a few times as it helps the network see the sim to activate it. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
