How do I get a replacement SIM?

I have lost my phone and need to order a new SIM, but I have no idea how to do that.The EE advice is helpfully to CALL their customer service team. I mean, what? I'VE LOST MY PHONE, PEOPLE!Can anyone give me a clue please?
