Hi, I have just received my SIM card. Im wanting to keep my number from a different provider. I ordered the sim and input the pac number at the time but the sim isn’t that number, how long does it normally take to change numbers? thanks

Resolved! Sim card disconnected

Sim card is being read as disconnected and i can only make "emergency calls". I have cleared my cache, swapped sim card slots and restarted multiple times but still no change. Can anyone help please?

 Hi my sim has been blocked and I need a PUK code, the info does not match up with what’s on my ee account and of course I can’t call ee, my partner has tried ringing off his phone but still no help, any idea how to get a code
