New sim card - No Service

Ordered a new sim card as the previous sim was faulty. Have been sent a new card. However, after inserting into the phone it repeatedly showing as "no service". Can you help resolve this issue? I am unable to call EE or receive texts as there is no service to my phone.

The SIM card may need registered, to do this please contact us. You can use the message us option on the Contact us about your mobile phone (ee.co.uk) page when this is available and the team will get this registered for you.

i have the same problem, i have tried registering it but because i have no service i am unable to get a text to confirm the registration.

Is your SIM a replacement SIM?

Do you have access to your EE app? if yes, I'd recommend contacting Live Chat that can be found under 'Help'.
