New phone no sim

I have just joined EE due to having my broadband and tv through BT. 
I took out a sim plan and a phone plan. My phone has been delivered now but no SIM card with it? Is this normal and does the sim get delivered on another day or separately

@melscott23  the sim should’ve been delivered with the phone you’re going to need to call customer support to request a SIM card for the contract you took out. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
