Hi all, ive have recently got a new iphone 7 pro contract with EE, I an issue with the delivery in which it was delivered alot later than it was suppose to. When i received my phone i tried to download the E-sim to my mobile and i have an error saying,
"This code is no longer valid. Contact your network provider for more information."
could someone please help me with this?

Welcome to the community.
There are a couple of options to get an eSIM activated.
If you have anything with the mobile number on it, and you are the account holder, you can visit an EE store with photo ID (either a passport or driving licence) and they can help activate the eSIM for you.
Alternatively, if you give our customer service guides a call from another phone, they can help to get you up and running.
