Hello, I cancelled my contract with EE which ended today but opened a new one, however I can’t get into the account because I need my old number to verify password. What do I do?

@Olivia377 , you will have to ring customer service and speak to them. Why did you cancel your contract and then start a new one rather than do the upgrade, which would have enabled you to downgrade or upgrade?
Did you get a new number when starting a new contract rather than upgrading with the same number? If you cancelled, you will certainly have to speak to them, as your number will be lost otherwise, from what I understand you have written here.
