Hello, please can you assist.
We have had a new business sim delivered today and a new mobile phone.
I have inserted the SIM and it is in emergency mode - can you advise how we get this rectified?

Is that SIM a PAYG one, or pay-monthly? Is this a new connection? Lost & stolen replacement? Upgrade?
Do you have any other EE phones, and if so - do they show coverage in this same location?

Welcome to the Community, @brighthorizons.
If this was an upgrade to an existing contract, we sometimes will send out a replacement SIM in case you need a new size, but this will always be blank.
We would only activate it and switch the service from your existing SIM if you asked us to, so if you still have this can you give that a test?
