Numbers originally stolen and ported to Lyca

I'm having exactly the same problem. Numbers originally stolen and ported to Lyca. Got numbers back to EE on 9/6 however still cannot receive OTP from certain site (HMRC being example). Fault raised with EE but seem to be getting no where.
