I received a new contract SIM only yesterday, but the signal is not working. I've done a test to see if there are any issues, but there's not.
It recognises it as being an EE sim on my phone, but no matter what I do, or how long I wait...There's just no signal.
I've tried live chat, and they always say phone up. How can I with no signal! They are being no help, and I'm already thinking about leaving EE already

Does EE show on a manual network search? Is this only happening in one location or several?
On what basis do you say "it recognises being an EE SIM on my phone"?
