My simcard not workikg on my phone

I got a new phone the other day and my somcard not working in it

@Brendalei12  Where did you get that device from  ?  If the device if not from EE it has to be a network free/unlocked device to use the EE sim. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

It's from ee and Its an ee simcard

Best thing to do, try a different mobile with the same sim. 

If that phone works, it's a device issue. If the sim still doesn't work, the sim card is faulty.
