Easiest way is to pop into an EE store with photo ID like a passport or driving licence.

Hi @clarelouste73
Welcome to the EE Community
You can swap to a physical SIM through the EE App. Just click Manage > Settings > Replace My SIM.
Or order through your EE Online Account
Your existing eSIM still needs to be active for either of these options to work, as you'll need to activate the SIM when it arrives in the post.
Alternatively, as @chistery mentioned, you can pop into any EE Store with photo ID for a replacement SIM.
If neither of these options are possible for you, you'll need to call customer service on 150 where a guide will be able to order a replacement physical SIM for you.
You can find out more at How do I swap or get a new SIM?
