Hi, I have accounts linked to the phone number *****, I'm doing my absolute best to attempt to recover this number but everything I try is a roadblock, all I need is access to this number so I can update it on the linked accounts and get past this whole mess, the simcard is under my granddads name.

Why does it need recovering? If you've relinquished this no., either by ceasing a contract or by not using a PAYG no. for over 9 months, it's no longer yours & you can't get it back.

@dread2007 The other issue you face is the sim isn’t registered to you it’s in someone else name. You aren’t the account holder of this sim so EE will not help you, This is how people try and gain access to someone else’s number for other purposes.

- [Roaming] Data works but not calls, "Server not available" message in Roaming
- What number do I call to extend the time before a call goes to message? in Mobile Services
- Switching phone number in SIM cards & Porting
- Change number in SIM cards & Porting
- Phone number not been transferred in SIM cards & Porting
