Live chat is only available to contract customers and is available visa the EE App or by logging in online to your account.
What do you mean your SIM card does not have antenna? Do you mean it has no9 network connection?
Have you activated your SIM card and if on pay as you go, how long is it since you made a chargeable call or text?

EE SIM cards are for the UK EE network. These need to be activated in the UK.
The SIM is of no use to you unless it is activated in the UK.
