Live chat is only available to contract customers and is available visa the EE App or by logging in online to your account.

What do you mean your SIM card does not have antenna? Do you mean it has no9 network connection?

Have you activated your SIM card and if on pay as you go, how long is it since you made a chargeable call or text?

At first, it had an antenna, but after a week, when I put it back on the

@zakiyeh11 , there is no antenna, you mean network connection, is there no network connection showing  on your phone?

Yes, there is no network connection showing on your phone and it seems that
there is no sim card in my phone

@zakiyeh11 , I would suggest speaking to customer service by either using another phone or something like Skype for free, see my signature.

EE SIM cards are for the UK EE network. These need to be activated in the UK. 

The SIM is of no use to you unless it is activated in the UK.
