Moved to an eSIM on my Pixel Fold - still not connected/activated

Afternoon

 

I've moved one of my numbers to an eSIM on my Pixel Fold so I can reduce down to one device and keep my personal number on a physical SIM

 

I've activated the eSIM on the Fold this morning, entered the code sent to me, which was accepted

 

Yet it's still dead/not activated

 

Does anyone know how long the eSIM activation takes?

Ah just re-checked my Fold and the networks back up & running now, thank you

 

Amazed at how long it's taken TBH - but it's sorted 👍🏼

Welcome to the community.

It can take up to 24 hours, it's usually pretty quick though. Have you tried restarting the phone?

Thanks and yes, a few times now

 

Still no change

 

I've left the original SIM in for now; do I need to remove that?
