Hello @Shadowcyber ,

Welcome to the communitty,

You will have to wait until you return to the UK to get your ESim back, as it would need to be activated in the UK before you can use it, you are on foreign soil, so no way will it work until you return here.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

So as soon as I get back to the uk it auto activates?

Hi @Shadowcyber

Your SIM should auto activate, if this does not a replacement can be provided.

@Shadowcyber  If you deleted the eSIM you’ll have to call customer service to get it reactivated when you’re back in the UK.  It can’t just reactivate on its own as the device doesn’t know you want it activated and EE don’t know you want  it activated until you ask them to do so.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

So if I go to the UK will it auto activate if I tell ee I want it to activate?

Morning @Shadowcyber

Thanks for coming back to us.

If you have deleted the eSIM you would need to request a replacement SIM card or eSIM by calling us or visiting an EE Store with photo ID, when you're back in the UK.

Leanne.
