Port complete but can’t make or receive calls

I’ve had a text to say my port is complete but still can’t make or receive calls. Switched the phone off and on again numerous times but still not working. This is very inconvenient, how can it be resolved? Can’t call EE as I can’t call out!

You may need to keep rebooting every so often.  If you still having issues then You can call EE on Skype free using the number below.

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone.
