Hi Leanne

I got a PAC code on Wednesday, and my new account with another provider is all up and running now.

 

When I put the old EE sim in my phone, I am still receiving texts

It transferred yesterday.

I would suggest speaking to your new network to check the number transfer has fully completed for you.

Please give your new network a call to get this looked into, they can check the number transfer and contact our porting team if needed.

I spoke to them yesterday, everything has transferred and my new bundle has been activated
