Hey guys, I’m in Australia and have lost my phone and sim. I am in desperate need of an E sim as it has everything on it for work and I need it to log into my Apple ID. EE aren’t being very helpful or answering the phone. Is there any advice? I have been told I can get an E sim from them but just wondered if you have any tips as the EE app seems to be down. Cheers Sam

You need to call CS to report the loss & they will block it & send you a replacement SIM with the same no. to your UK addy.
To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone

Realistically, you should now unfortunately expect to be offline until your return to the UK.
A physical SIM will only be posted to your UK address, or be available from an EE retail store.
An electronic SIM will need activating on a roaming network, but that needs roaming coverage in the first place - this is often catch-22.
