I recently had to factory reset my phone and now do not have access to my SIM. How do I get a QR code for my eSIM?

Welcome to the community.
If you don't currently have an active SIM you'd not be able to use your EE app to activate a new eSIM, as it would need to send a security PIN to the phone.
You do have the option of going to an EE store with photo ID (either a passport or driving licence) if you are the account holder, and they can activate a SIM for you, or you can call our customer service guides, and they can send a QR code to you.

I should add it on further inspection of the website, I also cannot login to order a replacement eSIM and don’t want to buy a new one. Can I just put my details in somewhere and get a new eSIM?
