Hi....can somebody please help; just bought a new Dual SIM phone and was trying to link my new EE PAYG SIM with EE.
I couldn't remember my SIM password/passcode and the phone has locked me out without being able to register my device so I cannot obtain a PUK code to register it.

@Enceem You can get your PUK code via your online account if you can not access this you’ll have to call customer services to request your PUK code.

You will need to obtain the PUK from EE to unlock your SIM - your only other option is to deliberately enter the PUK incorrectly 10 times and then need a SIM replacement.
If you cannot obtain this via self-service, you will need to contact EE CS on 07953 966150 from another phone.
