EU Roaming

Hello ,

my "contract" for pay monthly SIM expired some time ago - but the deal I have is still favourable so I've not upgraded . (I have a 40Gb/month deal which was locked in on a promo at 100Gb a month for the same price  )

I'm travelling to Spain , Italy , France next week - do I need to do anything for EU Roaming to be active ?

@Winelad , if you have not activated roaming on your account, please do so before going away.

If you have not renewed your contract and it was before 7the July 2021, then roaming should still be ok without paying.

You may use your usual UK allowances in the EU with up to 50 GB (contract) or 25 GB (PAYG) data per billing month if you have more. If on contract & your contract started after 07/07/2021 there'll be a £2.59 / day charge for using your UK allowances in EU unless you buy the 7-day EU Pass for £15 or you already have it as an Inclusive Extra or you have an EE All Rounder or Full Works Plan.

Just remember to text ROAMING to 150 before leaving UK to ensure the roaming ability is enabled on your no.
