Iphone 14 not recieving txt after porting

Hi all

Ported 4 numbers over to ee 3 Iphone one Samsung.  All apart from one is working fine, one iphone 14 promax will not send text messages. We have checked the numbers for messaging and they are correct, rebooted to no avail.  Any help greatly appreciated as we ported over in October.

Can you clarify what the problem is?

If you send a text message to your own number, does it show as sent? And do you receive it?

If you text NUMBER to 150, do you get the correct number by response?

What is it that you've tried? Was it the text to 150? Or the text to yourself?

Or are you saying that you are also unable to send any text messages, regardless of number?

I have managed to get texts working, A key bot of information that she failed to tell me is that its not worked since her phone did an OS update at the weekend.
