Changed in Jan 25 seems fine but my daughter is getting the O2 number when I message her not my ported EE number and I do not receive group chats from her on the EE one, the O2 is unobtainable if she tries to message me on it although I have one message from her in the few day before the change over was done but I cannot send from this message as iMessage needs to be enabled to send this message so guessing the O2 number.
how do I completely remove the O2 number that came with the sim before porting to my EE number
om Iphone 13 pro on ios 18.3.1

Hi @Kango,
Welcome to the EE Community and to EE
Your phone may still have the old number saved in the settings and in iMessage. Have a check here in Settings > Phone > My Number and update the number manually if it still shows as the old one.
Then for iMessage Go to Settings > Messages and tap iMessage to On. Then scroll down to Send & Receive. Select (tick) or update to the correct number. If the new number doesn’t appear and doesn't allow an edit, switch the phone off and on again, followed by turning iMessage off and on again.
That should make sure you have the correct number set in your phone and iMessage and hopefully solve the messaging issue.

If you ported your number from O2 to EE, don't you want your phone on your old O2 number, not the temporary number EE 1st gave you?
