Hi I have deleted the e sim

I have read the asked questions but non give any help other than to order a e sim ?
I have my SIM card in the phone still

@L14muu If you changed from a sim to an eSIM then the original sim is now never going to work. You have to call customer services to request help to reactivate your eSIM.

But if you still have your sim in your device why are you using the eSIM ?,

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
