Swapping to an E-Sim

HammerSmith01

Hello,

I have a Samsung S21 5G phone and the sim tray no longer recognises my EE Sim card. Because of this I would like to swap my Sim card into a E-Sim. I would like to keep my number and the data on from my Sim card and just transfer everything to an E-Sim.

Would I need to do this in store or could I do this over the Internet as I can still connect go the Internet on my phone.

Many thanks.

@HammerSmith01  Just request a replacement sim as it sounds like your sim is faulty.

To move to the eSIM without a working sim you need to call customer service, to do it any other way requires you to receive a text to confirm that move to eSIM.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Hello,

I cannot get any signal, make any calls or receive texts. I would have to call off of another phone to go that route. I will try another sim first and then call them if that doesn't work.

Thank you very much.
