On the order it asked for my PAC code, i entered it and when i received the EE sim i waited 24hrs+ and im still on the EE number.
I have restarted the device mutiple times to recheck.
Is there a way i can request a number transfer on the website? i can't find it if it is.
Solved! See the answer below or view the solution in context.

Ok I took out my Vodafone SIM from my phones second SIM slot and called myself using a friend's phone and it appears my number has switched over today.
I've got a second number I need to confirm
(My wife's switched from Vodafone to EE also)
But it appears everything is working. I was being impatient or it took longer than normal but either way it's working.
Thanks for the responses.
Cheers.

Hi @K7L3
Welcome to our community.
I'm sorry you are having trouble transferring your number.
Have you made a call or sent a text from the EE SIM yet?
Number transfers only go through on working days, when did you actually receive the SIM?
Thanks
Leanne 🙂

The 24hour timeline often cited is misleading.
Port-ins are usually set for the following working day after activation of your SIM, or submission of PAC

Yes, I've sent an SMS but can't seem to send an RCS message.
when did you actually receive the SIM?
I put the sim in my phone on Thursday 08.

Hello, yes I have already tried that and the form was not accepting my PAC from Vodafone as a valid one.
I have tried to do that again this morning and now it is telling me my EE number is not correct, I have copies it directly from my phone's about info.
I have typed it out manually as well, it's not a typo issue.
