Can you help me? I want to activate my sim card but it doesnt work on website. I cant call 150 because my speaking skills are not enough to understand what someone is saying to me. I dont have " message us" button. How can I get help by texting?

How can I check it? I thought I should buy any sim and then I have to choose..

Pay monthly SIMs require a credit check. 

If you have purchased a SIM this will be pay as you go. 

When you place your SIM into your device does it connect to a network?

So I have pay as you go. 

No. Network doesnt work. I cant call / sms as well.
