Welcome to the community,

Have you lost your SIM card or is it damaged?

You can do this yourself, we cannot do this for you here.

You can either go to an EE high street store or ring customer service and request a replacement SIM card.

If your SIM card is lost or stolen, you need to do this immediately, either by ringing customer service, so that no one uses it and no extra charges are made on it, or you can do this via the EE App or via your account online, too.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
