I have lost my phone and need to order a new SIM, but I have no idea how to do that.
The EE advice is helpfully to CALL their customer service team. I mean, what? I'VE LOST MY PHONE, PEOPLE!
Can anyone give me a clue please?

Hi there @GraftyGirl
Thanks for coming back to the community.
Just to check, have you previously reported the loss to us to get the SIM blocked so no one can use this?
For the replacement SIM card, this would need to be requested by calling from any other phone or if possible in an EE Store. The store can get the SIM replaced for you with the same number, if you take photo ID with you.
Please see our Lost or Stolen Mobile Phone? Help page for full details.
Leanne.

No, I can tell from Google Maps that my phone is at home somewhere. I suspect it may have fallen into our garden pond which I haven't checked yet. I didn't want to block it until I was certain I couldn't find it.

Tried ringing it.
You can order a new SIM here:

Or go into any EE store.
You can speak to EE over Skype with the number in my signature.
Thanks

Thanks, unfortunately the phone has either died or there's no signal (I live in the middle of nowhere). I'll order online.
Thanks for you help.

Hi @GraftyGirl
The online replacement option would need a PIN sent to the device and if has been lost you would need to call or visit an EE store.
To make sure the SIM gets blocked please reply to my private message 🙂
Thanks.
