Can not activiate my replace sim as I ost my old sim

I lost my old SIM card so ordered a replacement, which arrived 20days before. But I still can't acti ate my replace sim even my son go to the shop and call 150 many timesAs I am not in town But I need it to operate my bank accout How can you urgent help??

@YYOBAY Only the account holder can speak with customer support about getting the sim activated. If this was a replacement sim and you requested a replacement because of a lost sim it should already be good to go. Please read THIS Out of town ? If you’re outside the UK you can not activate it while outside the UK.

If this was a replacement sim and you requested a replacement because of a lost sim it should already be good to go. Please read THIS Out of town ? If you’re outside the UK you can not activate it while outside the UK.

I am in oversea but My son holding the replace sim that he is in uk.
I want he activate the replace sim and get the sms for me .
How difficult in it !
