Welcome to the EE Community 🙂
To get a replacement SIM for your number sent out when your current one has been lost will require giving us a call on 150 from an EE number or 07953 966 150 from a non EE number.
You also have the option of picking up a replacement SIM from an EE store with photo-ID.

I cant call sim card has broken no other way to

Thanks for posting on the community.
If the SIM card is broken and you're unable to call, you can pop into an EE Store with photo ID and the team will replace the SIM for you.
Or, please call us from any other phone on 07953 966 150 and the team will send you a replacement SIM card with the same number 🙂
