I’ve upgraded my phone and changed to EE as I have your broadband. The man in shop said all was set up and the PAC number did everything but I cannot phone anyone, receive msgs, use Bluetooth the lot! I think it’s still on Vodaphone but can’t phone EE.

can you ring me? Or where is it online to sort?
thanks

@JaneSpooner : No one will contact you from this user discussion group other than thro' the medium of these forums by posts such as this. Anyway we haven't the faintest idea who you are. You need to phone CS.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Home Broadband & Home Phone or Option 2 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband

Bluetooth is a device function with no network involvement

That makes me wonder if you have a faulty phone rather than any network issue. The purpose of the PAC is to port your number and cancel your existing contract - does your phone show EE network coverage?

What makes you think the phone is still on VF?

I’ve spoken to EE, using another phone!

My SIM card is not matching the ICCID number on my phone. So a new SIM card is being sent out!

it’s saying I’m still Vodaphone so hoping everything will work when I add a new SIM card??
no idea what happened there, as man in shop added the SIM card to phone.

Whom or what is "it" that's saying you're on Vodafone? (Popularly mis-spelled)

Your Bluetooth issues won't have anything to do with a SIM issue, regardless.
