Hi everyone,
I desperately need your wisdom. I'm a BT Mobile customer, and I've been paying £35 per month for several years for unlimited calls and texts and 100 GB of data. Recently, I decided to move abroad but didn't want to lose my UK number. Before I left, I called BT customer service and was advised to switch to a cheaper plan with EE. They texted me a PAC code and sent me an EE SIM.
However, my number was not switched. I visited an EE store and asked for assistance, where I was given another EE SIM. That was my last day in the UK. A week has passed, and now I'm on the other side of the world with my BT number still active and working, and two different EE numbers, both on two-year contracts (one for £7 per month and the other for £9 per month). My old number still hasn't been switched, and I'm feeling confused and desperate.
Could you please share your ideas and help me out of this situation?
Many thanks
