Hi all

My 24 month sim only plan ends in about 10 weeks my account says i can upgrade however the pricing is too high for me following 2 years of inflation increases.  Can anyone tell me if in my last month can I just text for a pac code and that would trigger my final bill on transfer to my new supplier please. If so do you know the number i would text

Thank you 👍

@BorderAll : Yes, text PAC to 65075. It will respond with your PAC & how much you will have to pay if you are still within your min term. Give the PAC to new provider. This will have the effect of cancelling your EE contract but you may be liable to pay early termination fees. Best to do this in last few days of your contract term so you have little or no overlap.
