New Phone from EE , new Sim from EE ... still a problem

  Previously Samsung phone suddenly stopped working.  Hardly any signal , no calls could be made  coming in or going out  Almost £17  PAYG   on it .

 

  Screen message  on new phone says INSERT SIM , 

 But I've done that ....  tried it both ways !!!!.

Do you still have your old SIM card? You do not need to the new SIM card if the other one works, could you please try your old SIM card in your new phone, should still work?

Hi thanks for the reply .No I don't have the original .
However as a last resort I removed the new sim nano from the phone and put the whole back together ,inserting that into the new 4G phone they had also sent .Really I expected to damage it ,it was such a tight fit but hey
presto it worked!
