SIM not working

Hi I am new to EE I have a pay monthly SIM order yesterday came today but it is not registering.

 

My phone is a EE phone not pay monthly I have no signal and when I go into my SIM settings it says I have no carrier.

 

Is the SIM broken or an I doing something wrong I tried to register it on the web site but it tells me the number is not a EE number.

@BigKay7688   Have you put the sim in the device the correct way round? 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Yeah it will only go in 1 way tried whiping the SIM and restarted my phone umpteen times

@BigKay7688  If the sim is in the correct way round you’ll have to give it time to activate it can take up to 24 hours but it’s usually only a few hours.  Restarting the device once every 30 minutes can help register the sim.
