EE complete lack of understanding

Not only has EE cut of my wife’s and My SIM cards, but they also can not reactivate them. Told us it will be over a week before we get two new sims. Offered us a £30 compensation voucher which I declined. 
A week without phones we use for our business is a complete joke. We shall be going to EE first thing tomorrow to cancel our contracts and joining another provider.

Anyone here recommend a reliable service provider? 
I will NEVER use EE again and will not recommend to anyone!

Are these phones on business accounts?

What were the circumstances for needing new SIMs?

Hi @Annoyed18 

If you go into any EE store they can provide you with a SIM for free if you need a new one. No waiting.

You cannot have two Sims active on the same account. This is why your old one is deactivated when a new one is sent.
