Am I able to get an E-sim replicating my current sim card and put it in a second device like an ipad while keeping my physical sim in my main phone? Will they both be active at the same time or will I only be able to use one at a time? Thanks.

No, you can only have one SIM or Esim on the same number. You would need two lines.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
