I am due a upgrade with EE and looking to switch to a sim only deal. I get to checkout and then there is a box asking to confirm which postal address i would like to use, which i presume is for the new sim, but i cant see anything throughout the process to say i can keep my current number that i have with EE. Does anyone know if this is the case or if it would be a new number, which i dont want?
Dont want to hit the check out button until i can confirm .
Thanks everyone
Mhairi

Good morning @Mhairic25
I hope you are keeping well.
If you selected upgrade then chose your sim only package, you will keep your mobile number.
The only time you would get a new number is if you selected an additional line.
Thanks

That what an upgrade is by definition, a replacement contract on the same no. You won't need a new SIM.

@Kels12 : With an upgrade you keep the same SIM, but they might send you a new replacement SIM just in case.
