Cancelling a sim swap with previous provider

Anyone know how or who I can contact to cancel an order in which I have requested to swap my current number and keep it with EE please?

@KasiaJ : I imagine you have to contact the provider you have given your PAC to. EE have done their bit by giving you your PAC.

And to add, if you've given your PAC to another provider, then that is their authority to port your number from EE.

You may potentially need to request a PAC from them - assuming you bought online or via telesales and have a 14day cancellation period.
