ESim is not working

I activated an esim, but it's not working and my original physical sim card is not working as well, any solution or do I have to go to the EE store to solve it?

@Leanne_T Yes, I activated the esim and got a new number for it, but both the eSIM and my original number all shows no service, now I can not make any call

Hi @karoda,

 

If you activated an eSIM with a brand new number, it shouldn't affect any existing SIMs on your account.
