I have to sims out with ee. Mine and my partners. Hes just called of a friends phone saying he can't find his phone but doesn't believe it's lost or stolen. Just misplaced so is it possible to lock a number and then be able to unlock it if/when it's found? I don't want to leave him without a phone

@Kelly2787 Yes you just call EE and explain what’s happened l. Once it’s found you call customer services again and they’ll unblock it.

Thanks so much. I knew I'd be able to lock it. Just wanted to know if it was easy to undo. Some companies make you wait for a new Sim to be posted 😕
