I'm trying to get a PAC code to leave EE but keep getting the "Sorry, due to your account status for xxxx we are not able to process your request" message.
The phone has a no contract, pay-go/top-up type sim with credit on it.
If I text from the phone, I get the above message. If I log in online and request the pac code, I get this message. What is the problem please? We don't owe EE anything.
Please note I can't load up the EE app to do anything, as the phone is not a smartphone. Thanks.

I'm sorry to hear that it doesn't seem to process the PAC request. I would suggest speaking to our Mobile Care team so they can look into it for you.

Hi,
Following a EE proposal I swapped my top-up to pay as you with my own phone. The trap is that I can no longer leave EE
without paying penalities. Now the price of pay as as you keeps going up. Du to that situation I want to leave EE but I can't .
